About Avis

Like many artists, I’ve worn a lot of different hats throughout my career. My primary focus is as a musician and producer, but at one point, I also found myself handling booking and tour management for the band I was in. The truth is, I had no formal experience with any of it—I was figuring things out as I went. But with a lot of patience, problem-solving, and organization, I managed to make it work.

One of my proudest achievements was booking a 21-city European tour with no prior experience. It was a huge challenge! It took countless hours of research, outreach, and careful planning. I kept everything organized with a detailed spreadsheet, which allowed me to revisit and refine my approach the following year when I booked a second tour, mixing in familiar venues with some new ones.

Now, I want to share this resource with you, updated and improved, in the hopes that it will help you successfully book your own tour. It’s absolutely possible, and I’m here to help you get started!
