This spreadsheet does not guarantee that you will secure bookings. Successfully booking shows still depends on your musical talent and appeal.

Additionally, this spreadsheet helps streamline and organize the booking process, but the work is still in your hands. You’ll need to send the emails and follow up with the venues yourself—there’s no automation involved.

Finally, this is not an exhaustive list of EVERY live music venue in Europe. Some venues were excluded due to missing contact information, while others were left out because they rely on booking agencies that are harder to access. Additionally, a few venues may have been overlooked simply due to overpopulated searches. That being said, rest assured that this list of over 800 venues provides more than enough options for booking a successful tour at qualified locations.
